My goal is to learn as much as possible by working with the best in the business while helping to build a product that can change the way we live.
I am a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic person. I am used to be solving a lot of different tasks during the same period and prioritize them strategically.
I have been involved in developing web applications for the last 10 years. My approach is very hands-on, I rather try to implement a solution than talk about 2 or 3 different ones.
I don’t like to take shortcuts. Solutions that are fully tested, reviewed and extendable (when necessary) thrive much longer. Quick fixes and hacks should be used when necessary but changed right away.
I normally develop websites practicing TDD, using Ruby on Rails, Rspec and Capybara. I also use memcache, REDIS and postgres.
Right now I am experimenting with Docker and learning a little more of node.js/webpack.
