I have worked within many various professional established businesses both large and small using a variety of operating systems over the years. I have assisted in implementing many automated systems and training development projects for various customers in different areas of work. I have a deep understanding of business processes and so my approach is quite different from other administrative and project specialists where I do not just take what you ask to be developed and simply implement it, instead, I strive to gain an understanding of the specific business case and the overall goal of the development so that I handle this in a way that not only ticks the spec boxes but assist the business to achieve what was intended in the most efficient way.

The majority of the customers that I assist are struggling with their implementation, often being quite a long way down the road but just not managing to get all of the boxes ticked for it to truly become the great business tool that it should be. In my experience, this is mainly caused by a lack of understanding of the solutions required, lack of understanding of context, lack of attention to detail, and the nonavailability of direct communication experienced in most developing processes until the endpoint.
