With seven years of experience working for the Brazilian and USA markets as a Customer Business Analyst at Sabre, the largest Multinational Travel and Technology Company of USA.
Extensive experience in Customer Care Service and in Hospitality working at the Radisson Hotel in Montevideo, Uruguay (South America) as the Director´s Assistant, servicing customers in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Highly proficient in Portuguese and English, and native Spanish speaker. High knowledge of written Portuguese and English managing spelling, rules of composition, and grammar.
Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure they are accurate and consistent throughout translation revisions. Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.
Software related skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook), Internet Browsing, SAP and Sabre system knowledge.
After living over a year in the United States I had moved back to my home country in Uruguay, South America. And then have a Bachelor degree in Business administration and marketing.
Regarding my private life, I´m happily married and have a 2 year old baby.
And as an animal lover, I have 6 lovely dogs that are part of my family and responsibilities. We also like teaching others to respect and love animals and nature.
