Work Terms

Service Terms & Conditions:
Delivery & Timeline: I provide professional Canva templates and branded visuals. Delivery times depend on the package selected, typically 2–4 days for most projects. Rush delivery is available as an optional add-on.
Revisions: All packages include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. I aim to ensure your complete satisfaction and will work with you until the agreed number of revisions is complete.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing all content, logos, branding guidelines, text, and inspiration necessary to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.
Editable Files: All designs are delivered as editable Canva templates (or other agreed formats). Clients with Canva Free accounts will receive designs using only free elements unless a Canva Pro account is provided.
Ownership & Licensing: Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final delivered designs. Canva assets and templates used are for personal/business use and comply with Canva licensing terms.
Payment Terms: Services are billed per agreed package or hourly rate. Minimum budget applies for hourly projects. Payment must be completed via Guru’s platform to ensure project protection.
Communication: I maintain professional, responsive communication through Guru messages. Clients should provide clear feedback and approve drafts to ensure smooth project progression.
Cancellation & Refunds: Projects may be canceled with agreement from both parties. Refunds will follow Guru’s policies and depend on project progress and work delivered.
Additional Services: Any requests outside the original scope, including extra templates, rush requests, or custom brand development, may be quoted separately.
