Senior SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant with 17+ years of hands-on experience delivering and supporting SAP HCM solutions for major enterprises including Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosatom, Megapolis, Victoria Group, Russian Agricultural Bank, Deloitte (Kazakhstan), Pasha Holding and others.

Across 10+ implementation and rollout projects, I focused on:
• Payroll & Time Management - configuration of schemas and rules, gross-up algorithms, averages, off-cycle payments, deductions, tax and refund calculation, positive time management and time evaluation.
• Implementations & Migrations - work across the project lifecycle from design and build to testing, go-live and post-go-live support; S/4HANA migration and localization; system upgrades (EHP0→EHP8); replication and rollout to subsidiaries.
• Localization & Compliance - Russian and Kazakh payroll specifics, statutory reporting (6NDFL, 2NDFL, ERSV, SZV-M, SZV-TD, sick leave registers), MT102/ISO 20022 bank formats, integration with social funds and tax authorities.
• Solution Design & Development - writing functional specs and solution designs, defining technical requirements, supporting ABAP development and debugging, building custom reports and utilities (tax reconciliation, depersonalization, data collection, cost planning).
• User Experience & Support - Fiori-based ESS and corporate portals, user training and documentation (manuals, tutorials), support during and after go-live.

Currently based in Lisbon (Portugal) and working as a Senior SAP HCM consultant, I am open to remote or hybrid roles where I can strengthen HR transformation, payroll reliability and legal compliance.
