Work Terms
Availability
I'm available Monday to Friday, working Irish/UK business hours (GMT/IST). I'm happy to adjust for clients in other time zones — just share your preferred hours when we begin working together.
Payment
I work on both hourly and fixed-price agreements through Guru's SafePay system. For ongoing engagements, I typically invoice weekly or biweekly, depending on the scope agreed at the start of the project. Payment terms and milestones are always confirmed before work begins.
Communication
I communicate primarily through Guru WorkRoom, responding within 24 hours on business days. For larger projects, I'm glad to set up a brief call to align on scope and expectations before starting.
