I am a gamer, and a tech lover guy that's why I love everything about console and PC games. One of my hobbies is building PC from scratch, I can also do basic hardware and software troubleshooting. I am a semi introvert guy which means whenever I am on my day off I always spend much of my time in my house playing games and surfing the net.

As for my work career, I have a solid 10 years of work experience in Hotel Industry. I started as a "Reservation Agent", majority of my task is to take Hotel Reservations through Phone calls, Email, and Corporate bookings. Aside from that, I also handle guest complaints over the phone and emails as well, so basically I could say that I have a basic knowledge in BPO industry.

After "Reservations Agent" I was eventually transferred to Front Office department. Majority of my task was to do the "Check-in and Check-out" of the guests, handling guest complaints and concerns. I was soon promoted to "Night Auditor", my main task now is to Generate Hotel Revenue, Miscellaneous Revenue, Banquets Revenue, and Restaurant Revenue which I then convert it to a Report which I submit to the management as well.

I also have experience in coaching/mentoring during my time in KL Serviced Residences in Makati Philippines as a "Senior Front Office Night Auditor". Basically my whole career is about customer service and administrative work as well.

Work Terms

I prefer to work in Philippine time from 9:00am until 5:00pm but I can be flexible when needed. As for the mode of payment I prefer using "Paypal". My means of of communication would be Email, Skype, or even Zoom.
