My background is in Operations, Leadership and Coaching.

Currently i offer Coaching at Weekends (Outcomes Focused and Resilience).

Have a Business School Education and held Senior Leadership roles in Corporate and Not for Profit organisations in the UK and Australia. Latterly involved with 2 Australian Start-Up`s in the Not For Profit sectors (in the role of General Manager).

Particular Areas of expertise include:

Operations Management.
Performance improvement.
Leadership and Team Building Excellence.
Change and Cultural Change Management.
