I'm currently a graduate student at the University of Colorado Denver where I'm learning Geographic Information Systems with focus on Business Intelligence. I'm highly experienced with GIS solutions, spatial analysis, and quantitative analysis, as well as the tools used to produce these results such as ArcGIS, C#, Python, R, and Relational Databases. Additional skills in Web Design, ASP, HTML5, Java, Windows Phone, and much more.

Terms of pay depend on the scale and type of project, but typically I require 50% of the project cost to be paid into SafePay before I begin working, with an agreed upon milestone for release, and then the remaining 50% put into safepay to be paid upon completion of the project.
