Reducing costs by increasing productivity using modern software

I started my company almost 3 years ago after the last oil downturn, I felt that most companies positions in the industry were very dated to the adopting of new and upcoming software being made available that could help streamline the production and management of the industry primary documentation i.e. P&ID, Isometrics and Supports along with this was the overabundance and use of paper for checking drawings and them filing both paper document in a folder as well as having digital copies of native files. This is my mind was being wasteful even when the industry was trying to enhance its green appeal. so I started down the road of using software to limit the need for paper and additional hours of work needed to produce drawings on paper and the huge amount of duplication in some instances. since then I have worked with several companies who have also had goals that were aligned with my company's goals but with the oil price fluctuation heavily I thought this is the time to move forward and really show the world the benefits of this new software.

Work Terms

we have flexible working hours, and hardworking to meet client demands. we use remote access for all team members and communicate mostly with Microsoft Teams this is the preferred method of meetings with a client. As we are small business payment needs to be prompt after the completion of work.
