A FSU graduate, with a Bachelors in Information Technology. One great thing about me is that I understand how to relay technical information to non-technically-savvy clients/individuals. I have a passion for all things technology related and excel in high-stress environments, even though lets face it, it's not my ideal day.

I will do my best to help you in a timely manner but please understand I also work a normal day job as a network engineer.
