Work Terms
Scope of Work
The Graphic Designer agrees to provide creative services, including but not limited to branding, logo design, digital artwork, marketing materials, social media graphics, and other visual content as required by the client.
Timeline & Deadlines
Project timelines and specific deadlines will be agreed upon prior to commencement. Timely delivery is expected, and the client agrees to provide necessary feedback and assets to avoid delays.
Revisions
The project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges, billed at an hourly or fixed rate depending on the nature of the work.
Payment Terms
A 50% upfront deposit is required before project initiation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final files are delivered. Late payments may result in delays and a service fee.
Ownership & Copyright
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final approved designs. The designer retains the right to display the work in portfolios, social media, or promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any required materials. Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery schedules.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, project materials, and communication unless permission is granted in writing.
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
The designer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the final designs.
Agreement
By starting a project, both parties acknowledge and agree to these terms.
