I can research, write or edit in business, news or presentation styles.

I have always loved words. I love reading them and I love finding just the right word to express exactly what I am trying to communicate. I find it much more evocative to say "she giggled" or "chortled" or "guffawed" than "she laughed". The right words can make a check to a private coach less of an indulgence and more of an investment in future college scholarships. I have written radio and television scripts and advertisements. I have written novels, short stories and poetry. I attended two years of law school and worked for an attorney for three years so I have experience in the format that legal writing requires. I was the publisher of a newspaper (more accurately a trade paper) with a circulation of up to 7,000 in 5 states. I have designed web pages, business cards, logos, brochures, cookbooks, programs and presentations. I am very good at writing persuasive letters. I proofread and edit constantly, even when it would be a very good idea not to proofread over my boss's shoulder. Yes, that is the correct form. If you prefer a different style guide, please let me know. My very best skill is adaptability. My second best skill is good humor.

Work Terms

I don't have set work hours, so I could be working in the middle of the night or the middle of the day. I have a PayPal account for payment. I like to communicate via email and I check it regularly.
