? Sales property for clients.
? Accompany clients to property site
? Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients.
? Discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts
? Accept Reservation Fees from Clients/Buyer’s.
(Administrative Staff)
? Handle and process account for PAGIBIG Fund processing.
? Coordinate, assist and orient buyers regarding their basic requirements and process.
? Prepare the necessary contracts.
? Prepare and monitor monthly target.
? Process title conversion for loan released buyers.
? Acting liaison
(Document Controller Officer)
? Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
? Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
? Issuing and distributing controlled copies of information.
? Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible.
? Checking emails and send projects to the clients.
(HR Assistant)
? Preparing and issuing employment contracts to new employees.
? Making sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained.
? Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
? Monitor Leave and Absence of the Employees
