Hi, I’m Angelica Tymico — a certified Bookkeeper with a TESDA Bookkeeping NC III credential, a QuickBooks Intuit Certified Bookkeeping, and a Xero Advisor Certified. I specialize in accurate bank reconciliation, transaction categorization, and monthly financial reporting for small businesses, freelancers, startups, and busy professionals.

Before diving into freelance bookkeeping, I gained experience as a Data Encoder, where I developed speed, precision, and a strong eye for detail. I bring those same skills into bookkeeping—making sure every cent is accounted for and every report is clear and audit-ready.

Work Terms

📅 Availability:
I am available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+8, Philippine time).
Flexible scheduling can be arranged for clients in different time zones or for urgent projects.

💼 Project Types:

Hourly and fixed-price projects welcome

Comfortable with short-term tasks or long-term bookkeeping support

Open to recurring monthly work (e.g., ongoing reconciliation or reports)

💬 Communication Style:
I respond promptly and professionally through the Guru WorkRoom.
I’m happy to give regular updates and can schedule check-in calls or video meetings if needed.

💰 Payment Terms:

Invoicing is done directly through Guru’s platform

I use SafePay to ensure both sides are protected

For hourly work, time logs are submitted weekly or as agreed

For fixed-price or milestone-based jobs, invoices are sent upon task or milestone completion

Prompt payment upon invoice approval is appreciated for smooth workflow
