1. Worked with Shri Diagnostic Centre H.O. 48/1-2 Vidhya Tower, Near Olympus High School, Sewla Kalan, G.M.S. road, Dehradun, as a Assistant Manager from March, 14th 2015 to 31st March, 2016.

Roles and Responsibilities:
I managed our ground staff of the centre & record all the documents.

2. Worked with Salient BPO Pvt. Ltd., Sec-54, Suncity Vipul Plaza Gurgaon, as a Process Associate Level 2 since June 1st 2011 to 26th April 2013.

Roles and Responsibilities:
I worked for Bioscrip Pharmacy. Need to post the payments in the system which is made by the insurance companies or patient.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Worked on the Sign-In-Sheet and processing the agents who take the insurance training.
• Providing the state license by using following application, Course Trax and Sharepoint Site.
• Preparing the Daily Summary Report on a daily basis and send it to client.
• Keeping track of all the issues/problem/resolutions.
• Maintain proper communication to the client team(US Client Team) through emails whenever required.
• Cross training to other folks for back up and clearing the backlog.

Work Terms
