What began as a local service provider in Uitenhage, South Africa, quickly expanded into offering remote support for clients across various sectors. 🕐 Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SAST / GMT+2)

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

After-hours and urgent support available on request (surcharge may apply)

💳 Payment Terms

Preferred: Hourly or milestone-based payments

Invoices are submitted upon task/milestone completion

Guru SafePay is required prior to job commencement

Long-term clients may request monthly retainers
