With more than 11 years of experience as Software quality assurance lead, I am adept at identifying issues with product design through subjective assessment and comprehensive analysis. Specialize in applying a sound knowledge of various technologies to ensure optimal quality.

Currently working at PI Softek Ltd as a Software Quality Assurance Technician. I am actively involved in different projects outsourced to our organization for testing and verification of software package, I am also responsible for documentation of different projects and other activities such as setting up quality testing parameters.

I am Sales force certified Marketing cloud email specialist with extensive experience with following skill set.
1. Requirement analysis and reviews, test planning, test case writing, test case execution and reporting.
2. Manual functional testing, unit testing, smoke testing, regression testing, system testing, UAT, expert in exploratory testing and database testing.
