Technical:
While it's great that Anna can combine photography and graphic design, her strong suit is more the former than the latter. Her photography work was great, but working with her to manipulate and edit images took far longer and more back-and-forth communication than expected. She was unsure of the difference between vector and raster file types and which applications work with each (she wrote, "I do not have Vector Graphic software.... is this file format something that my Photoshop can read?")
She also seems to experience numerous technical difficulties due to a slow Internet connection and her computer crashing.

Timeliness:
The project took far longer than expected to complete. Granted, Anna experienced technical difficulties with her computer where all her files became corrupted or lost and had to be restored via an online back-up service.
My complaint is that when the files were restored, she balked at providing all the files she had completed for the project. Initially said that she would even mail the files on a CD if need be, I never received anything. When I emailed her several weeks later asking to receive final delivery, she complained that I was too demanding. I never received the
final layered image files, rather an incomplete flattened image file that is not useful for the project in its current state.
I ended up purchasing stock images and manipulating them myself.
