We cater human resources policy all over Asia, Australia, New Zealand and India.
This includes recruitment process,basic payroll, employee relations, and employees learning development.
We use Peoplesoft and Paysonnel for Payroll, and Edge applications for employees learning Development.
We do customer service, process hr queries and policy and case mangement as well.
I have background in calls and emails.
I was part of the Engagement Team of our department.
We plan all the activities of the employee like team buildings, rewards and incentives to motivate the employees
Work Terms
I am working full time 8 hours a day equivalent to 40 hours per week. Our salary is credited to our bank accounts every fortnight.
