Work Terms

I provide reliable, flexible, and high-quality services for clients who value clarity, professionalism, and timely delivery. My working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST, with limited weekend availability for urgent or pre-approved projects. Rush orders may include an additional fee based on urgency and complexity.

All projects follow the company’s structured workflow and secure payment system. The required SafePay/Milestone must be fully funded before work begins, with additional milestones for larger, multi-phase assignments. Funds stay in the platform’s system until each milestone is completed and approved. Once a milestone has started, its payment is non-refundable, as it covers time and resources dedicated to the project.

My communication style is professional, direct, and focused on clarity. I prefer detailed written instructions and use the platform’s messaging system so all requirements and revisions remain documented. I respond promptly during business hours and provide regular progress updates.

Each project includes a defined number of revisions based on scope; extra changes may require a new milestone or added fee. Final files are delivered in your preferred format, such as PDF, Word, high-resolution images, or print-ready designs. My goal is to deliver work that is clear, creative, and professionally executed, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience for every client.
