I want to be involved in versatile processes in the company. They may involve implementation of new and existing ideas, managing processes and people, learning and teaching. Moreover, I am goal oriented, open-minded, ready both to accept ideas and suggest new ones. In addition, I am good at organizing events, dealing with challenging tasks. I am proficient in building new systems and applying knowledge in practice!
I want to work on projects that will suit my inner feelings, where I will be able to work with people developing their talents. Close-knit relationships between people are of utmost importance in fruitful cooperation on the project. I expect the company to be open to new perspectives and their implementation. Care for all employees plays a key role in my perception of the company. Active participation in the existing systems and organizations of internal projects is one of my main objectives.
