Scrutinize, setup and manage new business accounts
Case management
Agreement handling
Customer service
New business license verification
Maintaining new and old business account trackers
Interface with customers at the front end of the branch.
Handling customers for explaining services, taking calls and appointments
Handling billing at the front desk
Handling & reconciling sales cash & petty cash
Scrutiny of new insurance login forms, creating contract, follow up with medicals etc, issuing policies, completing CFR’s.
Maintains branch specific reports
Inventory & Stock management
Understanding the client’s requirements.
Sourcing the profiles using different sources like Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), internal database, and candidate references. Understand the job description thoroughly.
Posting of jobs on portals and mass mails
Sourcing, screening and short listing of profiles for various positions.
Schedule the shortlisted candidates for interview with the client.
Client interaction for getting requirements and feedback.
Follow-up with offered candidates till they join the company.
Handling Junior and Middle Level positions.

Work Terms

Hours of operation- 30 hours/week
Commuication- via email preferably
