Nova Tech Solution was founded to provide affordable and reliable digital support services to individuals and businesses. We started as a small team offering simple data entry and copy-paste work, and quickly grew into a structured outsourcing unit with trained freelancers. With strong focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction, we expanded our capabilities to include PDF conversions, data cleaning, online form submissions, lead filtering, and research tasks. Today, Nova Tech Solution manages multiple freelancers and handles both small and bulk projects with a commitment to quality and professionalism.

Work Terms
1. Work Process
All tasks will begin only after receiving complete instructions from the client.
Sample work or demo work will be provided if required.
All work will be delivered within the mutually agreed timeline.
Revisions will be done only for instructions given before the work started.
Any new changes after completion will be treated as a new task.
2. Payment Terms
For small tasks, 100% advance payment is required before work begins.
For medium/large projects, 50% advance and 50% on completion before final delivery.
Payments must be made only to the official Nova Tech Solution account or approved payment method.
No refunds will be given once the work has been started.
Late payments may delay delivery timelines.
3. Confidentiality
All client data, files, and information will remain 100% confidential.
Data will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
Once the project is completed, files can be deleted upon client request.
4. Accuracy & Quality
We ensure high accuracy and follow the client’s format and instructions.
For bulk data projects, minor human errors (0.5%–1%) may occur; complete error-free output will depend on client instructions.
If any error is found, it will be corrected at no extra cost.
5. Delivery Policy
Work will be delivered through Google Sheets, Excel, PDF, or any preferred format.
If the client delays providing required information, delivery timelines will automatically extend.
6. Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after assigning it, advance payment will not be refunded.
Nova Tech Solution reserves the right to cancel work if the client provides unclear instructions or violates terms.
7. Communication
All communication must be through WhatsApp, Email, or Guru messages.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST (Emergency support available if pre-informed).
8. Freelancer Responsibility
Nova Tech Solution will allocate the work to freelancers internally.
