Project documentation, reports, and BOQs

Amazon Virtual Assistance (product research, data entry, listings, inventory monitoring)

Administrative support & general data management

Note: You can specify which tasks are included in your rate and which are considered extra (e.g., additional revisions, rush projects).

3. Communication

Preferred tools: Email, Google Workspace, Zoom, Skype, Slack, WhatsApp

Weekly updates: Optional — e.g., “I provide progress updates twice a week or as agreed per project.”

4. Payment Terms

Rate: Specify hourly or project-based (e.g., $5–6/hour, or $30 minimum per small project).

Payment method: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Guru SafePay, etc.

Payment schedule: “50% upfront for large projects, remaining 50% upon completion” (or 100% on completion for small/fixed projects).
