I take server infrastructure seriously - downtime and data loss aren't acceptable, so I always work carefully and communicate clearly before making critical changes.

1. I require access details (VPS credentials, domain/DNS access) to get started; these are handled securely and never shared.
2. Before any migration or major change, I confirm backups exist or create one myself.
3. I provide regular updates during the process, especially for time-sensitive migrations.
4. Revisions are welcome within the agreed scope of the order.
5. Additional requests outside the original scope may require a custom offer.
