I am a Kenyan citizen who graduated at the Technical University of Kenya. My career course was Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.), Urban Design and Development which I pursed from 2011 to 2015. Afterwards, I joined the the County Government of Mombasa where I worked as a Planning Officer from 2015 to 2016 March. The duties which I used to do include: • Develop plans and programs for the use of land for Mombasa County, while taking into account environmental, zoning and legal issues. • Maximize the look and functions of public spaces so they meet development and design goals. • Hold meetings with decision makers and the public to determine needs and limitations • Collect and analyze census data, environmental studies and economic reports • Review site plans created by developers and architects. • Conduct field investigations, identify project feasibility and any plan changes, and recommend whether proposals should be approved or denied. • Do presentations and produce reports to government officials and the public about land-use projects.Currently I developed Interest on online jobs and I work as a freelancer serving both local and International clients. I give my best when serving clients so that i can satisfy their needs fully and bond well to work again in the future
Available for more than 30hrs per week. I prefer communicating in English since I have full command of the language and am also a native speaker of it.
