You might assume that the price of my services is related to the cost of production — because isn’t that how pricing works?

And you might also assume that we have to price these services to be competitive with other freelancers.

It can take more than 20 hours to create a simple floor plan or 3D model. And if you threw a rock, you’d probably hit 3 people who would be happy to make one for $20.

But remember that, at the end of the day, you're no longer paying me to deliver a simple floor plan or 3D model, you’re paying me to deliver a result— and that's how you determine value

The value of our work is measured by the outcome that we generate. We don't charge one single project. If you're an entrepreneur we charge for the growth our project will generate for your enterprise. And if you're a homeowner looking to build a better house or improve your current one we charge for creating a livable home set to your preferences.
