I’m a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience in medical billing, AR follow-ups, and multi-specialty practice support.
I began my career with Fedora Solution as an AR Executive, where I handled claims for a high-volume Oncology practice with 12–18 providers. This role helped me build a strong foundation in claim analysis, denial handling, and working closely with insurance payers.
I then joined Guhilot Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Team Leader, where I worked on DME billing using Brightree for a US-based client. I managed workflows in the PST time zone, handled payer interactions, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations while supporting team performance.
In August 2022, I moved to Midhudson Medical Services LLP as a Team Leader. Here, I gained extensive exposure to multiple specialties including Neurology, Pain Management, ENT, Physical Therapy, Plastic Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Orthopedics. I worked directly with providers, managed client relationships, and supported practice growth by improving billing workflows and identifying process gaps.
