With a rich experience of 6 years in various industries, I got to experience different practices and came across different cultures!! I met people of all designations and nationalities. In short, my work experience was filled with nostalgic memories unforgettable moments.
At Wipro, I was given adequate training to work as a network engineer. As part of the responsibility, I had to manage online applications and build circuits and services.
These were later replicated onsite by local engineers.
I received the Thanks a Zillion Award for completing a work package ahead of the timelines.
In other workplaces, I have been preparing the minutes of meeting, doing event management and maintaining daily trackers to monitor team performance.
I have always believed that necessity is the mother of invention!!
As we know, the economy went through recession during the year 2008-09 and it was a tough period for corporates. People were being fired just like that and performing the mundane daily tasks was considered inadequate by management.
That's when I came in with an idea of preparing Service Delivery Manuals(SDMs) acting as a guide for new joinees. This document consisted of information such as code of conduct, guidelines to be followed in the team, security policies and much more.

I wish to add value to my services by providing constant feedback to the client, monitor progress on a regular basis and provide constant feedback.
I will always be reachable, be it on phone, emails or chat.

I assure you that I can perform a wide variety of tasks given the opportunity.

Work Terms

I am open to timings between 9 am and 6 pm on weekdays and weekends.
I reside in India so we''ll have to take into account the time gap. I believe UK is 5 hours behind and US, around 12 hours.
As regards payment, I would be happy if you can make 50% in advance just to make sure both of us stick to our commitments. Otherwise, we can break down the task into smaller units and payment can be based on the portion of work completed.
You are most welcome to suggest other methods of payment!!

Communication is key to success in any relationship, so it is in business.
An open communication often prevents ambiguity and misunderstanding. For instance, I would like to be realistic with regard to the timelines and work. If I need an extension, I would request for it. Same follows for the client-- if you require an urgent delivery of work, I will be glad to provide the services on high priority.
