I am a 15+ year experience entrepreneur, Program Manager and Consultant having started up 10+ different companies since 2001, incubated a couple, who successfully expanded operations from my native country across Latin America, Caribbean and the US. I not only prepared our own business plans but also shared it with investors and clients we were pursuing contracts with. We followed our business plan and ran operations, staff, finances, and sales & marketing, client's relationships and business strategy for this own multi-national operation.
As a Program Manager I have run portfolio of projects for International Oil companies across the globe so I am very accustomed to elaborate, plan, and execute very critical project agendas and report to senior management, make sure we do the right things and do things right.
I have led and manage mergers & acquisitions projects in different geographies so managing transitions of businesses from any stage to any other future stage has been also one my most valuable skills.
My academic background is Electrical Engineering; I have a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, also a Business Management and Finance Specialization. I studied and lived in the US for 4+ years and was also able to work as teaching and research assistant while studying so I'm perfectly fluent in English and have excellent communicational skills.
