To take up the responsibilities of a Detailer where I can make effective use of my Structural knowledge in a highly and efficient manner.
i am arun, i have born and bought up in kerala state which is part of country india. i have done schoolings near my birth place and did my degree in tamilnadu. i finished my degree in 2011. after finished my degree i worked in tata steel for one year as a trainee, after that i got a placement in steel company in uae( abu dhabi) where i worked for years and did the following things.
• Developing design and detailed drawings of different structures using Auto Cad.
• Modeling the structural frame for different modules by using Tekla software.
• Creating General arrangement drawings and cut sheets.
• Providing technical direction to workers, engineers and the design teams throughout the project.
• Assisting and coordinating with design teams throughout the project and incorporate the changes obtained.
• Creating MTO, enter part and material list through the data entry software like DDMS and PMIS and produce Nesting plans
• Conduct survey for dimensional requirements and study the existing structures for refurbishment works and make the new drawings as same as the existing one.
• Maintain interdepartmental relations to schedule various jobs.
• Discuss with the clients to take necessary actions for the changes in the design of the structures.
• Analyze the vendor drawings for making the necessary changes in the designed structures.
• As per the client requirements follow the standards for the materials and create the list for the material purchase.
• Prepare drawing estimation for new tender works.
• Prepare company Yard extension drawings.
• Capable of handling role of quantity surveyor
• Clash reviews
after that i joined in another steel company, where i am working currently and doing detailing works.
Work Terms
30 hours/ week, payments terms shall be as per the client convenience.
