These involve signal processing algorithm development and algorithm customization in real time embedded devices.
These involve architecting, designing and implementation of performance optimized critical software and micro coded firmware modules and porting onto various embedded platforms (Multi core heterogeneous SoC, Media processor, DSP, RISC, Micro-controller/ARM, Custom DSP Engine) and integration with multi-channel /media/framework.
? 12+ years of experience in Digital Signal Processing involving the following activities:
? Signal Processing algorithm development and mathematic modelling /analysis, multi-rate FIR filter bank design, IIR filter design using Matlab and tool box (FDA, fixed point block set etc.).
? Matlab modelling , reference code development in fixed point/floating point in C/C++, simulation and evaluation of performance and cost of complexity
? Performance optimal DSP firmware /software development (using C/C++/assembly language) in domain of digital media processing (multimedia CODEC-H.264/MPEG2, AAC, EAC3 , MP3 , G729 , AMR and related pre/post processing algorithm for Video, Image, Audio and Speech signal), wireless base band processing (PHY-L1), Telephony and Acoustic processing (long tailed acoustic echo cancellation, acoustic feedback cancellation, noise suppression, automatic gain control, microphone beam forming based active speaker detection, Multi band DRC ), Audio Speaker enhancement algorithm ( multi channel audio decoder , equalizer , DRC) on
