"As an accomplished Program Manager with a track record spanning over a decade, I've had the privilege of shaping and executing projects that drive meaningful change in the technology industry.
In my previous job, I served as a Program Manager at Clover Bay Technologies Pvt Ltd, where I've been driving initiatives since May 2022. In this role, I lead and oversee key business processes, collaborating closely with leadership, developers, and business process owners to develop actionable project plans. I'm dedicated to identifying and analyzing requirements, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to new integrations. My career journey began at YTS Solutions India, where I served as a Project Manager from January 2014 to August 2018. In this role, I honed my skills in understanding departmental needs, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and using data modeling to drive strategic and operational improvements. I also identified opportunities and potential risks associated with suggested recommendations, gaining agreement from senior management on the best methods for introducing these changes.
In addition to my project management experience, I've also dipped my toes into international sales and client acquisition as a Manager at Narayan Technologies Pvt. Ltd from April 2012 to January 2013. In this role, I managed international clients, expanded the business, generated new business opportunities, and kept the team informed about the latest technology trends.
