I have deftness in managing the entire gamut of Supply Chain Management activities including Warehouse Mgmt, Budgeting, Cost control, Client Relationship Mgmt, Sales Support (B2B & Direct Sales), Logistics Projects Mgmt, Vendor Development and liaison with vendors for timely procurement of material, Improving Service Delivery and Quality of material, Seamless distribution setup, thereby achieving cost savings for the organization. I'm skilled in analyzing existing processes and initiating measures/ implementing systems for improving productivity, streamlining inventory control system attaining cost reduction.
