About

Consultant, Researcher, Mentor and Trainer - I help companies scale in HR and Governance areas.

An experienced HR professional with over 25 years in diverse industries, I have worked extensively in Corporates in the areas of CORE HR such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, HR Operations and Compliance before making a decision to transition to Consulting and Research. Having completed a Master’s Program in Applied and Professional Ethics from the University of Leeds, UK and a Directors’ Certification from The Institute of Directors (IOD), I can also undertake work in the areas of Ethics and Governance.

Having been part of a Global team and with team members spread across Asia and Europe, I have significant exposure to cross-regional and cross-cultural practices including People Management. I have delivered training and mentored experienced professionals across Asia. I'm very comfortable working remotely and across organizational levels.

I believe my background in Process Quality and Business Excellence including ISO 9000 and EFQM have helped me develop an eye for detail and led to greater effectiveness in my assignments including Assessments and Audits.

Work Terms

Looking for interesting assignments including Consulting and Research. Open to both online and onsite assignments.

What I can do for you:

* Help develop content (presentations, videos) for training on various management topics and conduct Train the Trainer sessions to build internal capacity. Charges depend of the complexity of the subject and number of trainers to be trained.
* I can also deliver training both virtually and Face to Face. Charges depend of the number of sessions of the same content.
* Help augment capacity by certifying myself on your organization's proprietary content and deliver the training
* Help develop and validate a Competency Framework for your organization based on Job Descriptions and interviews with key personnel (can also develop JDs if not available)
* Design and implement Talent Management strategies and conduct 360 degree assessments in partnership with third party service providers (extra charges apply)
* Help screen, assess and hire Leadership profiles in partnership with Recruitment / Search firms (extra charges apply)
* Mentor both young and experienced professionals in my areas of expertise
* Conduct organization diagnostics and provide suggestions for process improvements
* Develop Code of Conduct, Whistle-blower policy, Grievance policy, set up Internal Complaints Committee etc. in partnership with a third party service provider (extra charges apply)

I charge based on the nature of assignment and profile of the company. For strategic consulting, competency framework development, organization design etc. I charge higher rates. More often than not, I support Small and Medium Businesses.
