- Drafting, vetting and reviewing various Complex commercial contracts including MSAs, PSAs.
- Contracts also include Non Disclosure Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Subscription Agreements.
- Understanding risk involved in the contractual terms.
- Reviewing and negotiating proposals and change requests.
- Drafting and finalizing Statement of Work (SOW) RFP/RFQ/EOI.
- Work closely on contract amendments, renewal and sign off activities.
- Provide legal contracting support to the Group in PAN India operations.
- Drafting and Negotiate Contracts ensuring adherence to Indian Statutory Compliance.
- Identify non-compliance issues and support their resolution.
- Handling all domestic legal issues for the organization.
