Senior IT Project Manager | PMO | Governance | Service Transition | Compliance

I am Ashish Bokil, a Singapore based Senior IT Project Manager and PMO Consultant with 20 plus years of experience across enterprise IT, banking, healthcare, telecom, public sector, hospitality and regulated environments.

I help clients bring structure, visibility and control to complex IT projects. My work focuses on practical project management deliverables such as project plans, PMO governance models, RAID logs, RACI matrices, executive status reports, steering committee decks, service transition plans, operational readiness checklists, UAT readiness trackers, cutover plans, go live readiness, production readiness dashboards, compliance trackers and audit evidence logs.

My background includes work with Red Hat, Infosys, UBS, Temasek, StarHub, DBS, Synapxe, Singtel and Marina Bay Sands. I have managed enterprise consulting engagements, service onboarding, stakeholder reporting, security and compliance coordination, audit readiness, project governance and delivery management.

I am especially useful for clients who have a complex or unclear project and need a senior project management professional to convert it into clear plans, trackers, reports and executive ready documents. Work Terms

Availability:
Remote work from Singapore. I prefer structured assignments with clear deliverables, practical timelines and low to moderate meeting load.

Best working style:
I work best with a short kickoff call, existing project material, clear objectives and agreed deliverables. After that, I can work independently and provide regular updates.

Preferred project types:
Project planning, PMO setup, governance trackers, RAID logs, RACI matrices, executive status reporting, steering committee decks, service transition, operational readiness, UAT readiness, cutover planning, production readiness, compliance management and audit readiness.

Communication:
Preferred communication is through Guru messages, scheduled calls and shared documents. I keep communication clear, professional and action focused.

Payment terms:
Hourly work is preferred for ongoing PMO, governance or project management support. Fixed price work is suitable for clearly defined deliverables such as a project plan, RAID log, RACI matrix, readiness checklist or executive deck.

Minimum engagement:
USD 250 minimum project budget for fixed price work.
USD 45 per hour for hourly work.

Not suitable for:
Hands on coding, DevOps implementation, production troubleshooting, 24 by 7 support, night shift, weekend support, unpaid trial work or vague projects without clear deliverables.
