Worked as architect for deployment of endpoint management product BigFix or IBM Endpoint Manager on various accounts (telecom, banking etc) in traditional datacenter as well as SoftLayer (IBM's IaaS) and AWS.
I was responsible for end to end processes involved (requirement gathering to final solution deployment) in providing solutions based on customer requests.
Worked as architect for Security Compliance Analytics (SCA) and related processes. Also used Splunk and Tableau for data analysis.
