I am an EHS, Process Safety, and ESG professional shaped by more than 37 years of leading high-risk projects across petrochemicals, oil & gas, construction, metro rail, tunneling, power, and heavy infrastructure — in India and overseas. My journey began on industrial shop floors and refinery fire lines, where I learned early that safety is not a rulebook — it is a responsibility that protects lives, dignity, and livelihoods.

Over the years, I have grown from a safety supervisor to Chief Safety Specialist and Associate Director-EHS, guiding large multidisciplinary teams and complex mega-projects including underground metros, hydropower tunnels, special bridges, nuclear and defence works, EPC facilities, and petrochemical plants. I have led EHS strategy, PSM programs, ESG reporting, integrated management systems, risk assessments, RCA, and contractor safety across multicultural environments.

My mission is simple — build world-class, zero-harm workplaces through practical risk control, strong governance, and leadership-driven safety culture. I believe safety excellence is achieved not by authority, but by mentorship, compassion, and capability-building. One of my proudest moments was transforming a struggling project site into an award-winning safety benchmark through coaching, discipline, and collective ownership — proving that people are always the greatest safety asset.

As a certified Lead Auditor (ISO 14001 & 45001), accredited trainer for IOSH, BBS, Tunnel Safety, Scaffolding, PSM, and ESG programs, I bring deep technical expertise along with hands-on project experience — from hazard analysis, HAZOP, LOPA, incident investigation, fire & risk engineering, environmental compliance, ESG reporting, and sustainability performance improvement. Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I operate on a flexible consulting schedule to support global and project-driven engagements. My preferred working window is 09:00–19:00 IST, with availability for critical reviews, audits, incident investigations, and leadership meetings outside standard hours when required. I am comfortable collaborating across international time zones for multinational and EPC / PMC assignments.

Engagement & Payment Terms
Assignments may be structured as project-based, milestone-based, or retainer consulting depending on scope and deliverables. I accept hourly or daily billing for audits, training, and advisory consultations.
Typical payment terms:
• Proposal-based scope definition and engagement confirmation
• 50% advance for project engagements, balance on milestone or final delivery
• For ongoing consulting, monthly invoicing is preferred
• Payments via bank transfer or agreed digital modes
