Work Terms

1. Scope of Work: I will provide full-stack development services using the MERN stack, including database design, backend development with Node.js and Express.js, frontend development with React.js, and integration of APIs. and The scope includes requirements analysis, UI/UX design (if required), development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support for web applications.

3. Timelines and Deadlines: Estimated project timelines will be provided based on project requirements and complexity.
Milestones and deadlines will be established and communicated at the outset of the project. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly, and efforts will be made to mitigate them.

4. Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included in the project scope for each milestone. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit will be subject to additional charges.

5. Payment Terms: A 40% upfront deposit is required before starting the project, Payment milestones will be specified in the contract, with payments due upon completion of each milestone, Final payment is due upon successful completion and acceptance of the project.

6. Ownership and Rights: Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the final deliverables, including source code and associated rights. I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio.

7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project.

8. Termination Clause: Either party reserves the right to terminate the contract with a two-week notice period.
In case of termination, the client will pay for the work completed up to the termination date.

10. Miscellaneous: Any additional features or requirements beyond the initial project scope will be subject to negotiation and may incur additional charges.

11. Acceptance: Both parties acknowledge their agreement to these terms by signing the contract or through electronic acceptance.
