300Dev is a company that was born out of a small apartment in UC Berkeley. As four college students with an interest in technology and uncertain of where our careers would take us, we began to dabble in computer science. Our interest soon turned to passion, as we regularly pumped out side projects and would look for things within our own apartment to automate.
Our apartment, which became to be known as "Hackistan" by many of our colleagues, became a central place for novices and experts to get together. There, we were able to work on projects outside of the classroom and learn from and teach each other while making new friends. Our collective talent quickly grew and without even realizing it, we became a team that are not only best friends, but excellent teammates.
After college, most of us went our separate ways, mostly pursuing jobs at top corporations and startups, such as Google and Yahoo. While the perks and prestige of a top company were appealing, most of us soon realized that nothing matched the thrill and sense of accomplishment that we all had when working together, with unlimited creative freedom and the ability to constantly push past our limitations constantly and grow together as developers.
We are now proud to say that we have fulfilled our dream of turning our passion project into one of the fastest growing web development agencies in Silicon Valley.

Work Terms
Our team is looking for new projects and are willing to give discounts for projects starting immediately. We typically accept half of the payment upfront, and then will take the other half only when you are 100% satisfied with our work. If that means it takes a year to get the other half, then that's what we are willing to do.
That being said, we are confident that you will love working with us and will find yourself visiting your new website several times a day just because that's how much you like looking at it.
