Work Terms
Payment Terms:
All payments will be made through Guru.com for security.
For small projects, full payment upfront is preferred.
For larger projects, payment will be made in milestones (agreed before starting).
2. Delivery / Timeline:
Standard 2D floor plans are delivered within 1–3 business days per plan depending on complexity.
Larger or multi-plan projects will have custom timelines discussed and agreed before starting.
3. Revisions:
I offer up to 2 free revisions per project to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
Additional revisions can be arranged for an extra cost if needed.
4. Project Scope:
I specialize in 2D AutoCAD drafting:
Floor plans (residential, commercial, office)
Layouts with doors, windows, and furniture
Legends and technical annotations
I do not provide 3D modeling or rendering.
5. Confidentiality:
All files, drawings, and project details are kept confidential.
6. Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Projects cancelled before work starts will receive a full refund.
Projects cancelled after work has begun may receive a partial refund based on work completed.
