Our team consists of highly motivated IT professionals with combined experience of almost 50 years in the areas of Web/Mobile Design, Web/Mobile development and Agile driven IT project management.

We split our work into several phases (depending on the size and complexity of the project) and constantly communicate our progress or issues with the end client.

We entered the Web/Mobile development market in 2012 with few local project requirements. Currently, we have completed projects (ask us for our complete portfolio) for multiple startups in USA, Europe and Australia.

Here are few things about our Project Management Strategy:

1) Client's functional and design requirements are highest priority for us.

2) All of our team activities are focused on achieving what is best solution for our Clients and what was outlined in the Functional and Design specifications.

3) We have fully adopted Agile Project Development methodology and hence, constantly communicating and considerable progress or issues directly to our Clients

4) Based on our experience, we know that sometimes Client can change some initial product requirements and user stories.
We welcome all modifications and improvements, even if it costs us more efforts and adjustments. We totally understand, that changes can and will happen as part of Agile model.

5) We also welcome any changes to the features of the product. We understand that sometimes Client can ask us to remove or add a certain feature to the project. Again, as part of Agile Methodology it is expected and we are experienced and flexibile enough to adopt any changes in a timely and cost effective way.

6) Even though we respect the Client too much, we never hesitate to offer our own ideas and solutions to the ongoing project. Our team is so experienced and creative that we have actually helped lots of our Clients find the best solutions to the issues.
