High-end 3D CAD modeling and DFM enclosure design. Turning your complex hardware ideas into production-ready, cost-effective physical products on the first run.
Design-to-Manufacturing (DFM) Specialist | Fusion 360 & CNC Expert
I transform complex concepts into production-ready physical products. Utilizing Autodesk Fusion 360, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop, I develop seamless, end-to-end workflows that cover everything from initial 3D design and visualization to CNC execution and final production.
Work Terms
1. 100% Remote Operations
All consultations, design work, and reviews happen completely online. There is no requirement for in-person meetings or on-site visits.
2. Communication & Updates
Availability: I am online and responsive during [Insert Your Time Zone, e.g., IST / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM].
Progress: You will receive regular progress screenshots and 3D viewer links at every major design stage.
3. Milestone-Based Workflow
Large projects are broken down into funded milestones. Work on a phase begins only after the milestone is funded in escrow. A standard enclosure project follows this flow:
Milestone 1: Concept development and initial 3D block-out.
Milestone 2: Detailed 3D modeling and component placement.
Milestone 3: Final Design for Manufacturing (DFM) adjustments and file delivery.
4. Revision Policy
Each milestone includes up to two rounds of minor revisions (such as adjusting wall thickness, moving a port, or tweaking a fillet radius) while the milestone is active.
Changes that alter the core scope of the project after a milestone is approved will require a separate, mutually agreed-upon budget.
5. Deliverables & File Formats
Upon project completion and final payment release, you will receive:
Production-ready 3D files (typically STEP, IGES, or STL for 3D printing).
Native CAD files (if requested upfront).
2D engineering drawings with key dimensions and tolerances (PDF format).
6. Intellectual Property (IP)
Full ownership and intellectual property rights of the final designs transfer to you completely and automatically the moment the final payment is released.
