Work Terms

1. Communication
All communication and updates will be shared through the Guru message board. I usually reply within 1–3 hours during working days.

2. Availability
I am available [mention your time zone, e.g. GMT+5] between [your working hours].

3. Project Scope
The scope of work will be clearly defined before the project starts. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a new quote or agreement.

4. Payment Terms

All payments will be made safely through Guru’s SafePay system.

Milestones will be set according to the project size.

Work will begin once the SafePay funds are deposited.

5. Delivery Time
The project will be delivered within the agreed timeline. Any delay (if unavoidable) will be communicated in advance.

6. Revisions
Up to [2 or 3] revisions are included for each milestone to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions can be done for an extra charge.

7. File Delivery
All final files will be delivered in the requested format (e.g., JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF, DOCX, etc.).

8. Ownership Rights
After full payment, all rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.

9. Confidentiality
All project-related files and information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

10. Cancellation / Refunds
If the client cancels before project completion, payment will be made for the completed portion of work.
