Estimation Engineer / Quantity Engineer / Quantity Surveyor / Material Takeoff
Hi,
I am an Estimation Engineer and have an experience of more than FIFTEEN YEARS year in Cost Estimation & Quantities Takeoff of the Residential and Commercial Construction projects based on national and international. I have just started my work as a freelancer and looking for clients at the time. I can provide you with a detailed and division wise break down for every item in your estimate... I use Bluebeam and Planswift for on-screen takeoffs so you will have to provide me drawings in PDF or TIFF format...

Siteworks (landscaping, paving, curbs, poles, etc)

Concrete (slabs, footings, grade beams, columns)
Masonry (Blocks, bricks, CMU)
Metals (railings, decking, beams, posts, headers, etc)
Wood, Plastic & Composites (studs, joists, posts, headers, beams, trim)
Thermal and Moisture Protection (sidings, OSB sheating, fire stopping, flashing, caulking, vapor barriers, OSB sheathing, shingle or metal roof, fascia, gutter, downspouts, frieze, etc)
Openings (detailed with hardware sets used)
Finishes (floor, wall, ceilings, exterior: GWB, STUCCO, STONE VENEER, STONE CAP, BRICK VENEER, BRICK SOLDIERS ETC )
Furnishes (countertops)
Millwork ( p lam cabinets, wooden panels, plywood panels, rod & shelve) both in lineal feet or in detail as reqd.

Just try me once. I hope you will get used to me and will not hire anyone else in the future. I just need the drawings and specifications to start my work. I will use Bluebeam, Planswift, or Autocad to take off the quantities. I will prepare BOQ in the Excel file.
