Work Terms

1. Scope & Revisions
Initial Scope: Work will commence based on the finalized Project Brief. Any requests outside the original scope will require a new milestone or a change order.

Revisions: I offer [e.g., 2 or 3] rounds of minor revisions per milestone. Major design changes (AutoCAD) or logic shifts (Primavera) that differ from the initial brief will be billed at an additional hourly rate of 25$.

2. Payment & Milestones
SafePay: I work exclusively through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security for both parties.

Milestone Structure: For fixed-price projects, payments are typically split as follows:

25% Deposit: Upon project kickoff.

50% Mid-point: Delivery of initial drafts/baseline schedule.

25% Final: Upon approval of final files and hand-over.

3. Communication & Availability
Updates: I provide status updates every 24-48 hours during the work week.

Meeting Hours: Available for video/audio consultations between [Your Time Zone & Hours, e.g., 9 AM – 5 PM EST].

Turnaround: Standard turnaround for AutoCAD corrections is [e.g., 1-2] business days.

4. Deliverables & Ownership
File Formats: Final AutoCAD designs will be provided in .DWG and .PDF formats. Primavera schedules will be delivered as .XER (for import) and .PDF layouts.

Ownership: Full ownership of the final designs and schedules is transferred to the client only upon 100% completion of payment.

5. Client Responsibilities
To maintain the project timeline, the client must provide all necessary technical data, site measurements, or WBS requirements within 48 hours of the request.
