Work Terms

**Hours of Operation:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST). Emergency support is available for critical issues by prior arrangement.

**Payment Terms:** A 30–50% is required before project commencement, with milestone-based payments for larger projects. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and approval. Ongoing maintenance and support are billed monthly or as agreed.

**Preferred Communication:** I value clear, prompt, and transparent communication. You can reach me via phone, WhatsApp, or video meetings. I typically respond within a few business hours and provide regular project updates to keep clients informed throughout the development process.

**Project Approach:** Every project begins with understanding your business goals, followed by planning, development, testing, and timely delivery. I prioritize quality, security, and long-term support to ensure successful outcomes.
