So during my career as a software/web developer I have developed the following skills and strengths ie. Big picture/Holistic thinking, Attention to detail ,Problem solving, Creativity, Managing expectations, Estimation and being a fast learner.
Some weaknesses that I can point out will be that I don't always ask the right questions and sometimes I tend to get distracted easily. Also I can get Lazy at times but I have ways of regaining my focus and concentration so as to not jeopardize whatever I am working on.
Work Terms
I work maximum 30 hrs a week for freelance work and I use version control tools like Github, Gitlab and bitbucket. I also use project management tools like Trello and Pivotal tracker to drive my work flow. I mostly prefer to communicated by text and at times video calls on Zoom
